Junior Systems Analyst

Eric was born and raised in Miami, FL in the United States. He developed a passion for technology early on, which led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Florida International University (FIU), where he graduated with honors in May 2024. During his time at FIU, he was heavily involved in tech-focused organizations, such as the FIU INIT and Break Through Tech Miami, and won multiple awards, including the prestigious KFSCIS Academic Achievement Award and first place at a hackathon for developing an AI-powered web application.

His professional journey began as an IT Support Specialist, where he took on the multifaceted roles of Office 365 administrator, technical support, as well as device repair and configuration. This hands-on experience not only strengthened his foundational knowledge of IT systems but also allowed him to refine his technical skills and grow into a proficient problem solver in the field.

In his free time, he enjoys a diverse range of creative and physical activities, from playing multiple instruments and composing music to flying planes and weightlifting. His passion for art, particularly modeling and animating 3d visual effects and scenes in Blender, further showcases his artistic side, while his dedication to fitness reflects his commitment to personal well-being.

Driven by a meticulous attention to detail, a boundless sense of creativity, and a passion for tackling complex challenges, he consistently seeks opportunities to expand his skills and make a lasting impact in the tech industry.
