Their journey took them to London, Florida, Switzerland, New Zealand, and eventually to Columbus, OH, where they honed their expertise as a Front of House Manager and Beverage Manager. Along the way, Edgard played a key role in opening two restaurants as a Beverage Manager, helping to shape their success. Over time, a deep love for wine emerged, becoming a central focus of their career. With years of experience in the global restaurant scene, Edgard brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the hospitality industry.
