DELLE VENEZIE DOC

The appellation of controlled origin “delle Venezie” represents the entire north-eastern area of Italy, including the administrative territories of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto regions and of the autonomous province of Trento.

ORIGINAL DOCG

DOC wine is the second highest quality level – with Denominazione di Origine Controllata meaning “designation of controlled origin”. In order to achieve this classification, there are still very strict rules which need to be followed regarding quality and authenticity.

THE CLIMATE

The microclimate gives the perfect pre-harvest conditions of cool nights and considerably hotter days. The result is excellent fruit quality in the grapes.

Fresh and elegant on the nose, with scents of citrus fruit. Deliciously fresh and well-rounded, with floral and mineral aromas

Pairings

Perfect with white meat dishes, grilled or baked fish. Also ideal as an aperitif.
