Nebbiolo grapes are pressed and macerated in contact with the skins of Barbera grapes for two hours. The wine is then placed back to its original Nebbiolo skins. Right after alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes submerged cap maceration for up to 20 days: the wine independently carries out malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red color with an intense perfume, with hints of flowers and small dark fruits, balsamic sensations and light spicy notes. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, with silky tannins and a good acidity, it is structured and persistent.

Warm appetizers, pasta, light meat dishes.
